Guideline covers applications only where the concrete members in which the anchors are embedded are subject to static or quasi-static actions. This Guideline applies only to anchors subject to static or quasi-static actions in tension, shear or combined tension and shear or bending. 2.4 Categories The Guideline applies to anchorages in respect to: a) Use categories (see 5 and 6) - use in cracked and non-cracked concrete - use in non-cracked concrete only b) Durability categories (see 5 and 6) - use in structures subject to dry, internal conditions, - use in structures subject to other environmental conditions.
