如果瓦斯继电器、PRV、OSR和DMCR继电器发生任何跳闸，必须通知SE-TBI
重新充电前。未经详细调查多次重新充电可能导致
变压器绕组。在这种情况下，保修无效。
在通电状态下，不得操作无回路分接开关。参见11页图（viii）
由于不正确的电气连接导致的部件故障或损坏不应包含在
适用保修&将在收费的基础上进行维修或更换。
21、现场对产品进行的任何修改，导致偏离总体布置轮廓
将使保修失效。
责任限制：SE-TBI不对任何索赔或后果负责
损害、利润损失、收入损失、生产损失、电网干扰和
所有物SE-TBI对直接损害的总责任应限于收到的款项
截止日期，在任何情况下不得超过订单价值。
间接损害：SE-TBI不对任何损害负责，无论
直接或间接、特殊、附带或后果性和/或损失，如利润损失
生产、容量使用损失等，或在此之前未定义的任何其他类型，包括
因服务设备的任何缺陷或故障而产生或将产生的费用
因此提供/提供。

. Ensure earthing of transformer as per IE / IEC guidelines. 17. Warranty voids if transformer fails due to poor maintenance of OLTC. (Refer OLTC OEM Service Manual for details) 18. In case of any tripping in Buchholz relay, PRV, OSR & DMCR relay, SE-TBI must be informed before re-charging. Multiple re-charging without detailed investigation may leads to failure of transformer windings. In that case, warranty shall void. 19. Off circuit tap changer must not be operated during energized condition. Refer Fig (viii) on Page11 20. Failure or damage of component due to incorrect electrical connection shall not be covered under applicable warranty & will be repaired or replaced on chargeable basis. 21. Any modification in product at site which results into deviation from Outline General Arrangement will void the warranty. 22. Limitation of Liability : SE-TBI shall not be held responsible for any claims or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of production, disturbances in the grid and loss of property. Aggregate liabilities of SE-TBI for direct damages shall be limited to the payment received as on date and shall not exceed PO value in any circumstances. 23. Consequential Damages : SE-TBI shall not be made responsible /liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, special, incidental or consquential and or losses, such as loss of profit, loss of production, loss of capacity usage etc. or any other kind not defined herein before including any expenses incurred or to be incurred, arising out any defect in or failure of the equipment of services thus supplied /provided.
