The Main BIOS setup menu screen has two main areas. The left frame displays all the options that can be configured. “Grayed-out” options cannot be configured. Options in blue can be configured. The right frame displays the key legend. Above the key legend is an area reserved for a text message. When an option is selected in the left frame, it is highlighted in white and a text message in the right frame gives a brief description of the option. The Main menu reports the BIOS revision, processor type and clock speed, and allows the user to set the system’s clock and calendar. Use the left and right arrow keys to select other screens.
