标准IEC 61439-1规定,组件(以下简称配电盘)的结构应能够承受短路电流产生的热应力和动态应力,直至达到额定值。此外,配电盘应通过断路器、熔断器或两者的组合来防止短路电流,断路器、熔断器或两者的组合可并入配电盘或布置在上游。订购配电盘时,用户应指定安装点的短路条件。本章考虑了以下方面:-是否需要验证组件内部的短路耐受能力;-根据电厂的预期短路电流和开关设备的短路参数,确定开关设备对电厂的适用性根据短路电流和保护装置,母线系统的适用性;-通过应用IEC 61439-1中定义的设计规则验证组件的短路耐受性。短路耐受强度的验证在标准IEC 61439-1中进行了说明,其中特别规定了需要验证的情况和不同类型的验证。如果满足以下条件,则无需验证短路耐受强度:•对于额定短时电流(Icw)或额定条件电流(Ik)不超过10 kA的配电盘。•对于受限流装置保护的配电盘,在配电盘输入电路端子处的大允许预期短路电流下,其截止电流不超过17 kA对于拟连接至变压器的配电盘辅助电路,对于不低于110 V的额定二次电压,其额定功率不超过10 kVA,对于低于110 V的额定二次电压,其额定功率不超过1.6 kVA,且其短路阻抗不低于4%。因此,从工程角度来看,验证短路耐受强度的必要性可被视为如下:



The Std. IEC 61439-1 specifies that ASSEMBLIES (referred to hereafter as switchboards) shall be constructed so as to be capable of withstanding the thermal and dynamic stresses resulting from short-circuit currents up to the rated values. Furthermore, switchboards shall be protected against short-circuit currents bymeans of circuit-breakers, fuses or a combination of both, which may either be incorporated in the switchboard or arranged upstream. When ordering a switchboard, the user shall specify the short-circuit conditions at the point of installation. This chapter takes into consideration the following aspects: - the need or not to carry out the verification of the short-circuit withstand inside the assembly; - the suitability of a switchgear for a plant according to the prospective short-circuit current of the plant and of the short-circuit parameters of the switchgear; - the suitability of the busbar system according to the short-circuit current and to the protection devices; - the verification of the short-circuit withstand of the assembly by applying the design rules defined in the IEC 61439-1.The verification of the short-circuit withstand strength is dealt with in the Standard IEC 61439-1, where, in particular, the cases requiring this verification and the different types of verification are specified. The verification of the short-circuit withstand strength is not required if the following conditions are fulfilled: • For switchboards having a rated short-time current (Icw) or rated conditional current (Ik) not exceeding 10 kA. • For switchboards protected by current limiting devices having a cut-off current not exceeding 17 kA at the maximum allowable prospective short-circuit current at the terminals of the incoming circuit of the switchboard. • For auxiliary circuits of switchboards intended to be connected to transformers whose rated power does not exceed 10 kVA for a rated secondary voltage of not less than 110 V, or 1.6 kVA for a rated secondary voltage less than 110 V, and whose short-circuit impedance is not less than 4%. Therefore, from an engineering point of view, the need to verify the short-circuit withstand strength may be viewed as follows:
